14. Selling on Brandwin.in

1. If you register as a Seller/Manufacturer on the Website, you must comply with all applicable policies, including intellectual property rights, trade secrets, privacy rights, and consumer protection laws.
2. You must accurately describe items for sale, ensure stock is available, and update listings promptly. Mis-descriptions or false stock claims may lead to removal of listings or suspension of your account.
3. Each product you list must appear in only one relevant category; you may not offer the same product across multiple categories simultaneously. Brandwin.in reserves the right to remove non-compliant listings.
4. You must be duly licensed/authorized to sell the goods you list. If a buyer is dissatisfied with the condition of a delivered item, you must refund the payment as required by applicable law or platform policy.

15. Payment & Conditions

2. You agree that you are responsible for the quality, specification and description of the products you sell, and that any false claims or quality shortfalls may lead to buyer refund requests, account suspension or termination.
3. Buyers and Sellers must adhere to all platform policies (including prohibited items, IP‐rights, fraud prevention). Violations may lead to disciplinary action.
