One way to soften the hairs is to use a beard oil recipe. The oil penetrates the hair shaft, making it softer and nicer to touch. The oil also makes it easier to trim and reduces static – a nice bonus in the winter.
Directions
- Combine all of the ingredients except for the vitamin oil and peppermint oil into a heat-safe beaker
- heat until cocoa butter is melted.
- Stir together, remove from heat and allow to cool slightly before adding the two remaining ingredients
- Package into glass dropper bottle for easiest distribution and application.
